Ednar Khimshiashvili is the founder and CEO of the development alliance S2 CAPITAL. Since 2011, he has successfully delivered major construction projects in Batumi, including landmark complexes such as Real Palace, See Towers, and Black Sea Towers.
Since 2018, Ednar initiated the unification of leading companies under the single brand Batumi Development Group, which brought together Kasko, Green Side, Georgian Group, Save Invest, City Building, and the production facility Batkim.
His strategic vision is to develop high-quality and accessible premium-class housing, combined with exceptional service and strong investment returns.
Under his leadership, 7 large-scale projects are being implemented, with the key advantage being the best price-to-quality ratio on the Georgian market.
